Admission to Idara Ahsanul Madaris is open to students who are willing to pursue Qur’anic and Islamic education in a disciplined and nurturing environment.

Academic & Qur’anic Assessment

Discipline & Conduct

Students may be assessed according to their Qur’anic reading, memorization level and previous educational background.

Students are expected to maintain good manners, regular attendance, personal conduct, and respect for Islamic principles.

Parent & Guardian Commitment

Age & Educational Readiness

Parents and guardians are expected to actively support their child’s Islamic education and adherence to academy guidelines.

Admission is strictly limited to students aged 7 to 15 years. Students below 7 or above 15 years are not eligible for admission. Applicants must also be ready to follow the Madrasah’s structured educational environment and guidelines.

Enrollment & Orientation

Submit an admission inquiry through WhatsApp or our contact form. Our team will guide you about available classes, requirements and the admission procedure.

The student meets our teachers for a brief assessment of Qur’an reading, Islamic studies and academic level. This helps us understand the student’s learning needs.

After assessment and review, eligible students are informed about admission, class placement and the next steps for completing enrollment.

Complete the required admission formalities and receive guidance about classes, timings, discipline and the learning environment before the student begins.

Written Consent &Authorization

Parents/guardians seeking such assistance shall provide written consent confirming that, in view of their financial circumstances, they consider it permissible for their eligible child to receive assistance from Zakat or Sadaqah funds. They shall also authorize the institution’s Administrator (Nazim), or a person duly appointed by him, to receive Zakat and Sadaqah on behalf of the eligible student until the completion of the student’s education.

Scope of Fee Concession

Zakat & Sadaqah-Based Assistance

Fee concessions may be granted only for Darul Iqama accommodation and Deeni (Islamic) education. No fee concession shall be applicable to the School Education component.

Where a concession is granted to an eligible student, the relevant support may be provided through Zakat or Sadaqah funds, subject to the student’s eligibility and applicable Shariah requirements.

1. Islamic Dress &Personal Appearance

Students must maintain the prescribed Islamic dress, appearance, hairstyle and beard according to institutional guidelines.

2. Respect & Proper Conduct

Students must treat teachers, supervisors, staff and fellow students with respect, good manners and discipline.

3. Timely Return After Holidays

Students must return to the institution on the prescribed date after every scheduled holiday. Parents or guardians must inform the administration in advance in case of unavoidable circumstances.

4. Discipline & Daily Schedule

Students must strictly follow the Darul Iqama schedule, including prayers, study, meals, rest, sleeping and waking times.

5. Permission to Leave the Campus

Students may not leave the Darul Iqama or institutional premises without prior permission from the designated supervisor and compliance with the prescribed procedure.

6. Zero Tolerance for Bullying & Violence

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, humiliation, fighting, threats, abusive language and all forms of physical or psychological violence are strictly prohibited.

7. Mobile Phones, Recording & Social Media

Mobile phones and unnecessary electronic devices are prohibited unless specifically permitted. Unauthorized photography, recording or online sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Substances & Harmful Items

Tobacco, gutka, paan, cigarettes, intoxicating substances and other prohibited or potentially harmful items are strictly forbidden on the premises.

Students must attend all scheduled academic hours punctually. Parents or guardians must inform the administration promptly in case of genuine absence or delay.

Regular and timely participation in all prescribed lessons, supplementary classes, educational activities and training programmes is mandatory.

3. Thursday Weekly Gathering

Attendance at the institution’s designated weekly gathering after Maghrib on Thursdays is compulsory, unless prior permission is granted by the administration.

Students must maintain the prescribed dress, appearance and personal conduct in accordance with the institution’s religious and moral environment.

Students must treat teachers, supervisors, staff and fellow students with respect, good manners and appropriate conduct, and follow legitimate institutional instructions.

6. Bullying, Violence & Misconduct

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, humiliation, fighting, threats, abusive language and all forms of physical or psychological violence are strictly prohibited.

The institution must be informed of any illness, allergy, medical condition or special health requirement affecting the student.

Parents and guardians must support regular attendance, punctuality, academic responsibilities and compliance with the institution’s legitimate rules.

Concerns or complaints must be addressed through the prescribed administrative procedure with respect and without confrontation, threats or inappropriate conduct.

6. Bullying, Safety & Student Protection

Any bullying, violence, harassment or mistreatment must be reported promptly to the institution rather than handled through direct confrontation.

Parents and guardians must not provide students with prohibited, unauthorized or inappropriate items, devices, materials or unnecessary cash.

Parents and guardians must fulfill financial obligations on time and cooperate with the institution’s academic, medical, safety and administrative requirements.

Six sets of Islamic clothing: four sets for regular daily use and two sets for the prescribed school uniform.

Four prayer caps (Topis).

3. Complete Bedding Set

One complete bedding set including a Shatranji, pillow, bedsheet and blanket.

4. Personal Storage Trunk

One storage trunk (Sandook), not exceeding 25 inches in width, with one padlock.

5. Personal & Daily-Use Essentials

One towel, plate, bowl, glass, bucket, mug, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, hair oil and nail cutter.

6. Candidate Photographs

Two passport-size photographs of the candidate.

7. Admission Document

Transfer Certificate (TC) is required for students transferring from another school to this institution.
